This course explores how change impacts and is influenced by individuals, teams, organizations, and change leaders. It equips participants with the knowledge, theories, and techniques to lead change effectively. Additionally, the course outlines why change management is particularly relevant in modularization, PLM, and configuration projects.

  • Course: 4 sessions of 3 hours | Self-study: 1-2 hours per session
