- Gain knowledge of the four phases of a workshop and the main objectives of each of them.
- Understand and gain experience in designing exercises to achieve specific sub-goals of a workshop.
- Understand the tasks associated with the roles of a facilitator and a documenter before, during, and after a workshop.
- Reflect on the impact of key theoretical aspects in a workshop context.
- Evaluate and create good exercise templates.
- Familiarize yourself with the 9-step planning model.
- Apply the 9-step planning model in workshop preparation.

Format & Time Commitment
- Course: 2 sessions of 3 hours | Self-study: 0-5 hours depending on participant’s role in second session
- 1 session of theory and exercises
- 1 session of hands-on workshop facilitation practice
