Interface Management

Managing interfaces is critical for modular architectures, yet many organizations still struggle with fundamental questions:

This course equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to answer these questions. Through a combination of theory, real-world case studies, and IT system perspectives, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Interface Management and its role in successful project execution.

  • Course: 4 sessions of 2 hours | Self-study: 1-2 hours for one session (each participant part of facilitating one session)
    • 1.5 hours of lectures
    • 0.5 hour of exercises and group work
