Organizational Design
Organizational Design considers how organizations are structured and run in alignment with their core strategies. It touches upon many different aspects, including roles and team formation, processes and decision-making procedures, lines of reporting, and communication channels. When designed effectively, it leads to better decision-making, a happier workforce, and increased performance, where the unique synergistic design is more than just the sum of its parts.
This course explores the basics of Organizational Design and proposes different department structures in a modularization setup.
